My name is Lisa Baker. I started Shropshire’s Just Desserts in November 2007. At Shropshire’s Just Desserts my aim is to provide a professional and personal service. Everything is handmade using no artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.
I cater for the trade supplying desserts & fudge to pubs, restaurants, tea rooms etc, but also supply to people at home having dinner parties requiring something a little bit special or different.
The chocolate fudge can be bought either in 100g bags or loose to serve with coffee. For a price list or enquiry on something sweet, please email me.
The list of desserts can be endless; I make a selection from classic lemon tart to sticky toffee pudding with fudge sauce, rich dark chocolate & pecan nut tart & cheesecakes made from any flavour you require.
As well as desserts I make chocolate fudge. Milk, white or dark chocolate. Then there is milk chocolate with rum & raisin fudge. White chocolate with orange fudge Or Dark chocolate with walnuts.
